Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a digital photography file has been purchased and delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

If you experience any issues with your download, receive an incorrect file, or encounter a technical problem preventing access to your purchase, please contact us at gerald.lipman@gmail.com. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue and ensure you receive the product you purchased.

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
